Artisans Privacy Policies

1.1 Artisan & Specialist Listings

• Artisans, construction professionals, and specialized service providers (hereinafter referred to as “Service providers”) must submit truthful, verifiable information and profiles.
• Profiles” may include services, experience, qualifications, and portfolio.

1.2 Verification

• ARIPS may verify skills, licensing, and project history. Verification does not guarantee quality or outcome.

1.3 Transactions & Commission

• Fees for services must be paid through ARIPS unless otherwise agreed in contract.
• Commission agreements apply to leads or completed projects.

2. Privacy Policy

• ARIPS collects personal information for registration, service delivery, verification, and marketing.
• Data includes: name, contact, ID documents, payment info, property and service details.
• Legal basis: consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests (Data Protection Act 2012 – Act 843).
• Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data.
• Data transferred outside Ghana adheres to Ghanaian law and international best practices.

3. Listing & Verification Policy

• ARIPS verifies listings for properties, plots, rentals, artisans, specialized services, and hotels.
• Verification confirms factual information but does not guarantee performance, quality, or investment returns.
• Fees apply per verification service.
• ARIPS may remove fraudulent or non-compliant listings.
