1. Hotel & Hospitality Policy

1.1 Listings

  • Hotels provide accurate descriptions, images, availability, and rates.

1.2 Bookings

  • Bookings are confirmed only after payment through ARIPS.
  • Cancellation and refund policies must be clearly stated.

1.3 Commission

  • ARIPS collects commission per confirmed booking as per agreement.

2. Privacy Policy

  • ARIPS collects personal information for registration, service delivery, verification, and marketing.
  • Data includes: name, contact, ID documents, payment info, property and service details.
  • Legal basis: consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests (Data Protection Act 2012 – Act 843).
  • Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data.
  • Data transferred outside Ghana adheres to Ghanaian law and international best practices.

3. Listing & Verification Policy

  • ARIPS verifies listings for properties, plots, rentals, artisans, specialized services, and hotels.
  • Verification confirms factual information but does not guarantee performance, quality, or investment returns.
  • Fees apply per verification service.
  • ARIPS may remove fraudulent or non-compliant listings.
