  • ARIPS may manage rental properties, including tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance, and reporting.

2. Marketers & Agents Policy

2.1 Roles & Responsibilities

  • Marketers and agents promote properties, rentals, hotels, and artisan services.
  • Must adhere to platform rules and ethical standards.

2.2 Commission

  • Paid based on verified transactions generated via ARIPS.
  • Commission agreements specify rates, timelines, and eligibility.

2.3 Compliance

  • Attempting to bypass ARIPS to avoid commissions voids agreement.
  • Agents must follow Ghanaian law for marketing, advertising, and communication.

3. Commission & Agent Policy

  • Commission paid only on verified transactions via ARIPS.
  • Structure and payout terms are defined in agreements.
  • Disputes handled first via ARIPS mediation.

4. Property Management & Sales Policy

  • ARIPS may acquire, manage, and sell properties.
  • Sales agreements must specify price, transfer, taxes, and obligations.
  • Management agreements include tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance, reporting, and fee structure.
  • ARIPS is liable only for duties explicitly outlined in agreements.

5. Privacy Policy

  • ARIPS collects personal information for registration, service delivery, verification, and marketing.
  • Data includes: name, contact, ID documents, payment info, property and service details.
  • Legal basis: consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests (Data Protection Act 2012 – Act 843).
  • Users have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of personal data.
  • Data transferred outside Ghana adheres to Ghanaian law and international best practices.

6. Listing & Verification Policy

  • ARIPS verifies listings for properties, plots, rentals, artisans, specialized services, and hotels.
  • Verification confirms factual information but does not guarantee performance, quality, or investment returns.
  • Fees apply per verification service.
  • ARIPS may remove fraudulent or non-compliant listings.
